Galvanized Wires

We are a leading manufacturer of galvanized wires produced through a state-of-the art mill. Galvanized wires are made from mild steel wire rod and are zinc plated. The zinc coating offers corrosion resistance, allowing weaving of galvanized wire mesh, galvanized hardware cloth, welded iron wire mesh, chicken netting, etc. These wires are extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.

We offer excellent quality galvanized steel wires, that have precise structure, uniform opening and a long service life. The use of superior grade of raw materials and advanced technologies in its construction makes them perform flawlessly and successfully meet the exact end application requirements. We offer Hot Dip Galvanized Wire and Electro Galvanized Wires whose properties vary according to their galvanized coating.

We offers G.I. Wires in size range 0.37mm to 5.0**mm, of consistent mechanical properties, uniform zinc coating, bright surface finish. These are mild carbon or high carbon steel wires, which are coated with Zinc , so as to impart the base wire with superior properties.

The Zinc coated galvanized wires are highly resistant to Moisture and mechanical damage (than other surface coatings), and have a very bright and smooth surface finish.

Electro-Galvanized Wire (G.I.)
Electro-Galvanized Wire ranging from 0.37 mm to 5.00**mm. The Zinc Coating varies from 5 -10 gms/sq.mtr. Zinc Coating is done through electro-chemical processes.

The tolerance of theses wires is (+/-) 2.5%. The UTS ranges from 300 to 550 Mpa. Main applications are welded wire mesh, filters etc

Electro-Galvanized Wire (G.I.)

** These are regular sizes that we manufacture. Besides them, we can custom made different sizes and finishes as per the customers’ requirement.
